How old were you when you got your EC/masters ect.?

Just curious, how old were you guys when you got your EC license or masters??? I have my electrical contractors license (Ohio version of masters), i am 23 years old. I know I know, some say I am to young, but I passed the application and testing procedure so.....
I know the standards are different for each state, but in ohio, I dont think that it is possible to get EC license younger than 23.(start apprenticeship at 18, five years, = 23 years)
To those who say a person isnt ready at 23 to be a contractor.....I will agree not everyone is, but I WAS. I do however learn something everyday.....as we all should....

I was 27 when I passed the unlimited exam.
I was 28 when I passed the Level III exam (standard certificate).
My brother was 25 and 26 when he passed the same tests.

it got mine just after i turned 24.

I got my masters and contractors in 1974. I was 25. It took 4 years as an apprentice to get journey licence and another 2 to get masters. It was a min of 6 years working in trade.

About 22 for my first J-mans (MA), then about 28-30 for my next two J-mans. (CT, RI)

I have no interest or need to get my Masters. :smile:

1977, walked into the small town in which I was living in Oklahoma, gave the the city clerk $25 and posted a $500 bond, and was a licensed electrical contractor.

I didn't know diddly (I had one year of vocational school), but I was a licensed contractor.
