Growing up my mother would make chocolate gravy for breakfast it is a mix of hershey coco,sugar,flour and milk slowly cooked in a skillet and served over biscuits.

The Mrs. is 100% Sicilian...her parents are fresh off the boat from Sicily...I can assure you it's SAUCE.

I just had some homemade:
- manicotti
- eggplant parm
- sausage and peppers
- chicken parm
