How to address safety concerns to superiors

I quit. I’m not going to learn the trade with a bunch of cowboys.

Forcing people to bear visions of your carcass being removed by the ambulance does not encourage their confidence, or future patronage.

PPE is life or death for lineman working with distribution voltages. As it should be for commercial and industrial processes that prohibit shut down; perhaps powered from multiple sources, were it takes half a day to locate the disconnects.

PPE may be avoidable in residential dwellings that have their disconnect located within walking distance.

Residential service work also finds more clients looking over your shoulder, getting very nervous if the power is on.

If you can't figure it out safely with power off, people know its not better with power on ready to blow up in your face.

People prefer you leave before someone gets hurt, and are not likely to ask for your help again.
