how to define handing rating voltage for power inductor?.e.g. for a power inductor, DCR is 13ohm, saturation current is 0.1A, inductance is 1mH, then how many voltage can the power inductor hand? thanks!

Is this a test question? Or is this indictor a device which your are trying to apply and if so on what would it be AC of DC?
One would assume that this is an iron core reactor. You are asking for "how many voltage."
