How to drop some non Essetial Load in Case of mains failure

I have a switch board which have got two supplies:
- Mains supply 800 KVA from utility company
- 500 Supply from standby Genset
There is Automatic mains failure (AMF). So in case there is a power failure, the generator automatically kick on.

But I have the following problem because my Genset can not take the full load of 800 KVA,
- I am aware that I could add Bus Couplers CB and divide it into essential/priority load and non essential/non priority load. And In case of power failure, the bus coupler will open and generator will only need to supply the Essential load.

However, I do not want to do this as I prefer to do it by controlling the outgoing ways from the switchboards. So, In case there is a power failure, I will open some MCCBs which supply the non essential load. If the mains is restored, the MCCB shall either manually or automatically be closed again. Is that any way to dot this?.

I have heard about put shunt trip, under voltage relay but do not how they work to solve this problem. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

U?V realy in Distribution board

U?V realy in Distribution board

Dear all
Thank you for all who have provided a valuable suggestion. Now, I understand that it is possible to drop some non essential load using U/V relay and manual reclosing (for non motorised MCCB) or auto reclosing for motorised MCCB.

I have the following situation. The switchboard is in building A. the Distribution board that I am going to drop is in Building B. So instead of installing U/V MCCB in the outgoing ways of the switchboard, I want to install it in the Distribution board in building B. The reason why I am doing this, because it is easier to Re-switch the MCCB in building B rather than building B.

Is it possible to do this?
