Without being number specific, maybe you could say what costs do you include when establishing your minimum service call?
Like one hour travel, one hour two-man crew costs & overhead, % of cost of tools in trouble-shooting tool pouch, xx minutes administrative assistant time, xx miles of vehicle cost, % of vehicle common items stock cost, after-hours adder/%multiplier, etc.
