How would you wire these....

Just curious from field perspective. How would you wirethese 1P-20A receptacles( horizontal portion) that are recessed in a gyp walland I’m assuming they will be wired horizontally then up vertically wherethe circuits lines are shown. Can’t share neutrals. I know I may be thinking about it too much but I'd like to know.

• One raceway, either FMC with wire or MC with (2) neutrals and (2) hots, and hit each receptacle/box
• (2) separate 12/2 MC cables

By the specs, tho if it were up to me, probably 2 12/2*. Box fill could get tight with a single 12/2/2 (that's 4.5in ³ more wire /box), it's more splicing, more chance for error, probably dont have it on me, and bending MC that tight to get to side-by-side boxes isnt fun. 2 12/2 would need 2x more securing back to the panel than a single 12/2/2.

*I might use one 12/3 MWBC but you stated that isnt an option.
