To me the name 'optimizer' means it does. But I'm not familiar with that product to tell you for sure.

One has to read datasheets carefully. There is often fine print that can catch you off guard.

There may be a limit to what the optimizer is capable of adjusting.To me the name 'optimizer' means it does. But I'm not familiar with that product to tell you for sure.
Compensating for partially shaded panels is easier than allowing for panels with in full direct sunshine and panels with only indirect ambient light, which will happen at some times with an East/West mix.
