Please Can Anyone Help Me With Heater/ac Switch Circuit Schematic

The Switch That Is Used To Control The Heater At Home.

I Want To Know If I Can Create Another Switch Mechanism To Turn On And Off The Hvac Switch Using Dflipflops.

Thanks For Your Cooperation Everyone.......

Happy New Year In Advance............ Help Help

I know you can be helped, but more information is needed.

Are you asking for a connection diagram for a fan center relay?

Maybe Ms. Cleo can help:

Dflipflops dey dont do de job.
I wish he'd check back, because this sort of stuff is interesting to me. The only thing I can think of is the changeover between low and high speed blower for heat or AC via the fan center relay, or he's asking about automatic seasonal changeover from heating to cooling mode. Other than that, it's up to Ms. Cleo again, and it looks like she's getting impatient.

teens in the house?

teens in the house?

No point in wasting a thread opening.
Funny (HVAC related) story:

Guy I knew some years ago (early 90's?) tied into his home burglar alarm system and then to the furnace/ac (he added a relay iirc).

In order for the system to run the doors and windows had to be shut to energize the relay that else wise kept open the t-stat circuits.

I guess I know why he did that, but everytime someone went in or out, the control power would cycle. That's a good way to short-cycle your equipment into oblivion. Some people have too much time on their hands.

This is standard practice in rental condos in Mexico. Any doors or windows left open will shut down the HVAC. However there is a delay in the circuit so coming in and out of the door won't interrupt it.

The hotel rooms require your room key to be inserted into a box on the wall for your lights and TV to work.

I stayed in an hotel room once that had a motion detector hooked into the hvac. It wasn't aimed at the bed. It got really cold at night...

Was it a Motel 6 by any chance? I noticed they had the same setup, but it was in the spring so I didn't need to use the heat or ac.

I don't recall. I know it wasn't any Marriott brand hotel, because (a) I've stayed in a lot of those (I'm a platinum rewards member!:)) and (b) they are all pretty much identical to each other- very little local variation at any given Courtyard, Fairfield, Residence Inn, Towneplace Suites, Renaissance, or "full service" Marriott. So it was in some smaller town where I had to stay in a non-Marriott hotel, and it could have been a Motel 6.

Coldplay... We need more information of what you want to be able to do.
Are you trying to remotely switch from Heat to A/C? Or to control when the furnace or airconditioner can or can't run like based on windows being open or outside temerature? Or control a blower speed?
There are many things that can be done to control heat, ventilation, or A/C units even computers, internet, telephone interfaces, infrared or radio remotes, etc.
If you're asking if a D flip flop's TTL output can be used as a relay in the 24vac thermostat circuit the answer would be not directly... you'd need something like an amp and solid state relay to use the output. There are probably d flip-flops in some of the circuits on control boards, but as part of more complex integrated ciruits.
