Since you post here all the time and I know your experience level I will say . Otherwise I would say, if they feed fused disconnects at 25A with #10 wire or larger, then it is a valid install.

It doesn’t need to be #8 wire between the breaker and the fused disco?

I mean, I understand how #10 could be legit for one HVAC unit, but if there are two on the circuit?

Fused disco’s and that would be a tap, but then I remembered a tap has a minimum size so I concede.
