A question like that requires a lot of assumptions. I would assume 75?, assume copper, and not drop too much thought into it. With those assumptions, what do you come to?

thank you , i came to the conclusion that would use the 75*c column ,because i would assume that 100amps or greater, would put me their.

I am of the opinion that when it isn't specifically referred to, aluminum isn't part of the question, in the spirit of 110.5 - but that's just my opinion. For that to work, the test writer would have to agree with my thinking.
