This is great! It was definitely helpful. I've resently taken a few jobs, and through the help of a co-worker, that is a senior electrician, was able to quote these job's out. But, i'm always left with the minimal amount. Mainly because he feels that because he has seniority he should receive more. I always thought that because I was getting the jobs, I would be entitled to an equal share, BOY was I wrong. Needless to say, I can do the smaller jobs, but my lack of quoting experience, usually had left me with no other alternative but to get help from someone that knows more about pricing out the jobs. Is that website, where I can get this spreadsheet from? Thanks again.

After reviewing what I worked up and the posts here I have changed the time for the Recess. I have 1/2 Hr per opening for this Job and I see I should have and more than likely will bump that up to 3/4 Hr.

If you are actually getting those, I would say that's pretty good, compared to what market bears here. Make me want to move to Fort Lauderdale and set up shop! e/m.

Not clear what the arrangement is. Does he actually do the work with you once you have the jos, or just helps you with estimating jobs, and then you go ahead and do them? e/m.

A little low for my part of the world. Lots of people want things for free, including me!! Sounds like you have the same boss /employee relationship that I do.
