How can you do the transfer option. I have not received any test scores after taking the test in July.

I got my resuls back today, after waiting for eight months.. it says that I passed. now I have to compleate (30) inspections for the practicum portion of the certification. It will be another 8 months before I recieve the certification.

8 months to get results? What type of test was it? In Washingtong State we use laser grade for electrican exams and you know at the end of the test if you pass. Its a nation wide computerized test delivery firm.

this was a special offer for $50. to become a certified electrical inspector by iaei/nfpa. the test is computer based and instant results were not given. the cost to take the exam is now $250. and the pass/fail score will be given when the test is over

Got mine back yesterday also!! Been a long time since the second week of April. Talk about suspense........I guess it was worth the wait??

Finally received my test score with a letter of apologizing for the delay, asking to move forward with the program. If this program takes off it will make for better qualified inspectors who keep up with current codes and changes. Just my two cents worth!

I dont know about you guys, ... but my supervisor is a building official whom is not certified, and do not support certifications. I dont know if she will do the evaluation for me. After recieving a passing scoce, I pray that I will not have any problems when I ask her to evaluate the required (8) inspections.

Well, I was wrong... my supervisor was delighted to do the evaluations for my certification. "Ask and it shall be given"
