IC or Air Tight cans?

I looked at Juno 4" cans, and the air loc is about the same money as the non-IC cans. I didn't see any IC non air-tite.

Frankly, I don't know why they even make std. IC cans any more since the air-tight cans aren't that much more money.

Often the combination of the can and the trim is what gives you the airtight rating. The trim may have a gasket to seal around the cutout in the ceiling, although I sometimes wonder if it really does much good especially if cutout does not fit closely to can
