Identify 3 Way Outlet Adapter Manufacturer

I cannot identify the manufacturer of this 3 plug adapter. It appears to be an art deco style - maybe made in the 1940s or 1950s. There is a logo on the back featuring what looks like a letter M with an electric cord circling it and plugging into the bottom of the M. Can anyone identify this logo and manufacturer?
