Identifying Locations of Conduit

We have been tasked to relocate these conduits that are under the slab. To do this we need to identify the source of the conduits and the destinations. We have had Scanning company mark the locations as best they could and this is what we are left with. Any creative and proven solutions would be appreciated.

You should be able to find at least one end of them. If you can de-energize shove in a fishtape.

Will need a shutdown to do this.

Shutdown power for whole plant.

Open conduits by cutting or unthreading.

Make sure all are deenergized using a no contact tester. Turn plant power on. Check for power on each circuit. Turn off mains at each subpanel sequentially until you lose power. Turn on subpanel main then turn off branch breakers until power goes away.
