Is it me or did IEEE really go out of their way to do nothing with this new 519 update? Can anyone point out a single significant change that was made in the last 22 years. I know one thing, non-linear loads have changed substantially in the last 22 years!

Could you be a little more specific. In the update, does it not cover the areas in which you speak? Do you feel something was left out?
