Agreed!!! The overall design fee, I would say 12-12% is just way too much. About 4-8% would be about fine for the DESIGN FEE, however when you are given only 9% of that DESIGN FEE, it's difficult to put much thought into that.Originally posted by hassaf:

It would seem that we might agree that every job might be different, and the fee could go to up to 12%, but i think this is occasionally, and not normally.
