In the ground box sizing

Just curious how you would determine the size of an in the ground junction box based off the following. 2-4" conduits in and 2-4" conduits going out. The conduits rise up at about a 45 degree angle roughly 10" from the side of the box. at 4"x 8 for a regular box sizing 32" looks a little small for this application.

Please no comments about the conduits with no bell ends. Contractor was told not to form or bend the wires until this is corrected. Contractor was pulling from this end so there did not appear to be any cable damage.

Looks to me like the conduits basically come in the bottom, so I'd say its the box depth that matters the most.

I think they need 6 x 4" = 24" from the conduit entry to the lid for splices or for a U pull. They would also need 24" between ends of the conduits enclosing the same conductors.
