Independent UPS feed from another building

I have a comms panel in 1 building being fed by a non UPS circuit from that building. Looking to add a 2nd UPS circuit from a second building to add redundency for this panel. Is this allowed As stated?
 
What other feeders or circuits supply that building?
I think the 225.30(A)(4) should permit this, but we need more details on the total installation.
 
The Building has it's own service. The comms panel with the UPS would have 2 circuits feeding it 1 from the buildings Main panel and the other from the other buildings ups panel.
