Assuming its a factory, it would be pretty much standard stuff - no particular code requirements I can think of stand out.
In factories, it usually more what their staff engineers and maintenance people want.
If they are hard core, you might have dual ended substations, bus ducts running through every bay, rigid steel conduit for extra protection, and some column width panels.
General use receptacles are usually few and far between, unless needed for specific equipment.

If there is any sort of hazardous / flammable process taking place, there is a lot more to consider. Without knowing what you mean by "manufacturing building", we can't help.

Generally, all portions of the NEC not specifically addressing residences or other structures, would apply. In practice, large industrial plants and their design engineers make most of the code interpretations as there is often no AHJ capable of addressing projects of such large scope.

Specific types of activities that occur may lead you to specific areas of the NEC. If you have flammable gases or combustible dusts present on a usual basis, you will see a lot of the hazardous location sections in chapter 5.
Motors are usually common in manufacturing, so you probably get to use art 430 frequently as well.
If you have a full time maintenance staff that has "qualified individuals" that are the only ones that do electrical maintenance and operations - you may be able to use the exceptions/options here and there in the code that usually start with "where qualified individuals....."
