information on the States that can be reciprocated

I was told that if you hold your Massachusetts Journeyman license you could reciprocate through a few States and eventually obtain your Rhode Island Journeyman License (though Massachusetts and Rhode Island can not be reciprocated). Is this true? Where would I find information on the States that can be reciprocated? Thank you for your input.

Not true.
You can't get a recip license off of another recip license.

You will need to test in RI.
Believe me I tried. I took the test. It took 20 min for a 2hr test.
