Hi,
I am researching grounding PDU with transformers. We have a 208 volt - 120/208 PDU and the installation instruction state to provide a grounding electrode per 250.60 however i started reading 645.15 and i feel that this states grounding electrodes are not required.

Please let me know your interpretation if you have come across this before.

You still have to install listed equipment per the instructions so while the NEC does not directly require it, in this case it indirectly requires it via 110.3(B).
