Inner-duct

I have a customer that wants a 100kw generator and the location has an existing pad and 4" conduit.

We normally use three conduits for a generator installation.
One for the generator output.
One for the enclosure power for the accessories. Block heater, battery charger.
One for the controls and annunciator.

Can this one 4" conduit be used for all of these systems if we pull in inner-duct or ENT first? About a 150' run.

I say yes . If you have the room.
That's the way the ones from the box stores come . All in one flex. Feeders and return circuits.
