inside to outside feeder

I want to feed from indoor 200-amp main breaker panel (PLENTY OF SPACE AVAILABLE) to an outdoor 100 amp subpanel (SUPPLYING SWIM SPA AND EV CHARGER). The main is in an unfinished basement room (exposed floor joist above). IN the same room, approximately 12ft away is a solar storage battery bank.

I need to run 20 feet horizontally across the floor joists to the exterior wall and then 30 feet attached beneath a deck and then 70 feet underground to the sub panel at the spa.

I am looking for suggestions for the wiring/cable/conduit to use.

For the distance involved, I would be inclined to ide EMT inside and change to PVC upon leaving the building. Cu wire.

Don't forget an expansion joint under the deck and both entering and leaving the earth.
