In Oregon it is...Slack wires (two) diagonal corners. Screw or factory clip on all four corners to the tee bar.

What test is this? I.M.H.O. siesmic of light fixtures is drvien by the following: IBC 1621.2.5, UBC 25-2, CISCA 3-4, ASCE-7. It depends on the grid system. What is the gauge of the main runners? Is it a heavy duty grid? What siesmic design category or siesmic zone are you in? I don't like that question...not enough info.

Siesmic restraint for drop in troffers is not an NEC issue. the NEC only requires the troffers be secured to the grid...
