Installing 2 transfer switches/Generators to one home

I am adding a 32KW Whole Home generator and ATS to home, but I would like to keep my old Manual Transfer switch with cam lock connectors as a backup. I have a portable diesel generator than can be connected to it via camlock in the rare case the new generator is down or natural Gas is unavailable. Should it follow the ATS like this:
