Installing a spa outside

I'm installing a spa in a small dwelling outside. l believe l have to upgrade the panel first, due to tripping caused by overloading of one or more breakers. Oh, by the way, the work is located in Harbor Gateway, California Q: Due l have to upgrade the panel to install the spa and if so what steps must be taken.

Spas are not something to make a mistake on. I suggest asking your supervisor to help you with this.
