installing conduit in the floor of a comm. building

hello i was wondering if someone could tell me if there was a course I could take, that would teach someone how to scale off from the I-beam footings to know where to stub up for conduits in the deck work. I've seen blueprint reading but I dont think thats going to be what im looking for.Any help would be great

The 'E' sheets on the prints are going to tell you what goes there, but you need to read the 'A' sheets to find out where to stub things up at.
Each building is different, so what you measure from will be different. Some jobs I've done don't measure of any known point, but rather an imaginary place that seems arbitrary. In this case, you'd need a little skill in setting by stakes, pulling string lines, etc.
Blueprint reading courses are readily available, but I don't know of any near you because I'm not in your area.
