Thanks guys! I can't take credit for the lock out though I'm guessing my maintenance buddy did it as I was told nobody on staff ever goes into the electrical room. The equipment should arrive this coming week, not sure if I'll be summoned to hook it up or not, but if so, I'll take a couple pics of it.

That is an incorrect term often used to refer to the bonding required by 250.64(E).
It is my opinion that no additional bonding is required where the GEC enters the transformer enclosure.
We can't see the rest of the GEC, so no idea if that type of bonding would be required for some other part of the GEC route.

Hey guys! The gec exits the enclosure and runs raceway-less to that nearby I beam, in which it is bolted to.

I think your GEC is fine.

The GEC is the least important conductor in the world, and has the most devoted following. I coined the term Dirt Worshipers to describe them.
