Installing two 220v outlets outside

Hello all,

I need to install two 220v outlets outside under a carport for two electric plugin hybrid vehicles. I have a 200amp main panel with 6-3 wire feeding the subpanel. Is it possible to have the 100 amp subpanel feed both outlets using 6-3 wire also? Should I upgrade the wire from main to sub? The distance between main and sub is 25 feet and from sub to outlet will be ~50 feet.
