Is a insulated bushing required on manufactured fittings such as Sealtight with larger than # 4 conductors? The Exception to 300.4 (G) states a raceway that provides a smothly rounded or flared entry. So is a bushing required on listed fittings with larger than # 4 conductors?

I've seen the connectors I think you are refering to.
They do appear to have a smooth angle to them. But I think "flared" is refering to something like a chase nipple.

The insulated throat connectors ussually have a rounded edge to the front of the plastic. No bushing required.
