where did the 600k come from?
there is much, much more to this than BIL
how much is shunted to ground thru sa?
how effective is the grounding?
Geographic location has much to due with lightening stroke strength?
lightening is usually measured in kA and the resultant voltages calculated
etc
the xfmr BIL of 900 ought to tell you something
closer to 1200 than 150
bad practice to make the numbers fit the answer you want
