insulation thickness / cable type

Hi guys,
If anyone can tell what type of cabling is used for power riser (see picture). I would like to estimate copper size of the power riser.
The outer diameter is 26.3 mm. It looks like fabric in soaked rubber. If I will know cable type I could find isolation thickness.

Looks like type R or RW or RHW. Rubber insulated with a fabric covering.
