Intelli-Arc? Diagnostic Tool

Has anyone had any experience with the Siemens Intelli-Arc? Diagnostic Tool. $600 seems pretty steep for a tool that doesn't get used very often.

Minimum of 4' of wire......... 25 ft-lbs torque............. Turn off device........ press & hold the Clear button........... Press the Power button while holding the Clear button........


And no PPE.

Buying test equipment risky

Although the video looked good, it for me would just be another piece of test equipment that just sits in the case waiting for use. As far as trouble-shooting arc-faults I've got a Ideal suretest, which I bought for the same reason and haven't used it yet. Glad it wasn't $600.
