I have a Intellimeter RG-240 that is about 20 years old. The last three months I have noticed it is reading very high amounts of usage but nothing is being used. My electrical bills is the same the last 3 months but this meter keeps doubling the amount of usage. Is this just a bad meter now? Thanks
