Hello to all. Have a free standing cooler in commercial kitchen with nameplate rating of 10.6 amps. Cooler does have wheels and can move but it sits next to two other coolers and in my opinion it would be impractical to do this. Would this be considered as equipment fastened in place per 210(A)(2)? Thanks to all!

I guess if you had to shut someone up just put a 30 amp breaker on it if its #10 awg wire their you go know you are under 50%!
