Inverter II AC Power Output Measurement

1. AC Power measured in the Solar Inverters
2. Power measured at the Interconnections Point

In between the Point 1 and 2 we have 02 Transformer (Step up and Step Down) and a distance of 1 KM.

The question is since it is a closed loop system the measurement of Power anywhere in this loop should measure the same Energy values.
 
The answer is no, because there are losses in the transformer and wiring. It is not actually closed loop.

That said, how much precision do you actually need? What is the purpose of the measurement?

Typically you would average a loss of about 1-3 % per transformer and about 1 % in the AC cable.

So that would mean that the measurement in the Inverters would be approx 5 % less as compared to the Power meter installed at the Point of interconnection to the grid.

Not less but more, if I correctly interpret what you are saying: (power generated by the inverters) - (power losses in the wiring and transformers) = (power measured at the point of interconnection).

I highlighted the flaw in your statement. The measurement of CURRENT anywhere in the loop would be the same, but current is not the same as POWER. Furthermore, POWER is not the same as ENERGY.
