Is there anywhere in the Code saying that this is not allowed? I know 690.31(B) covers DC circuits, but in this case they're both AC (only one is a source and the other one a load). Any requirements or restrictions in this situation that you guys know of? Thanks

I don't know of any NEC article which would prohibit running an inverter output circuit in the same raceway as another feeder or branch circuit as long as normal wiring method rules are followed.

Agree with ggunn. Absolutely no rule against it.
Note that in 690.31(B), inverter output circuits are grouped along with 'circuits of other non-PV system' as far as what DC PV circuits cannot be in the same conduit (etc.) with. Because inverter output circuits and non-PV-system circuits are basically the same.
