I've been seen conduits from Iso Panel run outside the OR and then going into the OR. Is this allow? What the risk that this route can be deal with? Any trouble with the insulation conductors? Is this AHCA permited? All the time in my projects the conduits from Iso panel running inside the OR to every receptacles and I think is the best route. Any advice is appreciatte

ISO Panels can be located outside of the OR. In a good number of projects I was involved with, an ISO panel for say telepathy was located in the OR corridor (inside the sterile area) with a remote LIM inside the rooms. As far as conductor insulation it would have to be XHHW and the length would affect the leakage. The usual commissioning would show any failures.
