We have a lighting control panel with multiple voltage branch circuitry. Would an equipment ground be common between the two panels from two separately derived system? Could we splice the equipment ground from just panel thru for both voltages?
We have a wireway mounted above the LCP with a ground bar installed. Could the same ground bar be used to terminate the EGC from the different source panel circuits.
But as stated above, there has to be a proper sized EGC to each source with each raceway or nipple. All metallic raceways, qualified as a suitable EGC, will satisfy the requirement without running a wire-type EGC.If I understand you correctly as in that you want to use that ground bar as a common connection for your EGCs from two sources, than yes.
