Is a junction in a panel, permitted ??????

OVERLOOKING THE ARTICLE #, IN THE CODE BOOK, TO FIND THE FOLLOWING :

HAVE A DOUBLED-UP BREAKER....IS IT PERMISSIBLE TO MAKE A JUNCTION, IN THE PANEL, THEN RUN A SINGLE CONDUCTOR BACK TO THE BREAKER ???

PLEASE SEND ARTICLE NUMBER. I THINK ONE WAY, A FELLOW ELECTRICIAN
THINKS A DIFFERENT WAY. THANKS WOODY :confused:
