Is a low point drain required for this application?

We have a class 1 Div 1 rated AC unit on the side of an enclosure. On the outside it has an explosion proof junction box. The inspector on our project is telling us by code the box must have a low point drain. This is a manufactured device by Ice Qube and I would think if it required a drain it woul dhave been installed during manufacturing.

The code does not say a jbox has to have a means to drain itself.

The conduit system has to though.

The easiest way to do this might well be to put the drain on the jbox.
