I have parallel feeders that stub up into an Open Bottom Switchboard.
The Installation is PVC Schedule 40 to a Fiberglass 90 then a piece of Rigid Steel Conduit riser (Approximately 2' to 4' in length) to above the concrete slab into the bottom of an open switchboard.
The way I read 2014 NEC 250.86 Exception #2 is that I do not need to install a Bonding bushing on the rigid stub ups because they are Short Sections of Metal Enclosure to provide Support or protection.
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks Ed
