Is it a main panel or a fused disconnect?

I have a customer who had her 60amp 240v main fused disconnect pull out thing that holds the fuses stolen.:rolleyes: I can't find a replacment that will fit.So i was just going to replace the whole thing.It feeds a subpanel in the house.My question is,what is the correct term.Is it a main panel or a main disconnect?Also do i now need to replace it with a minimum code 100 amp main disconnect?The wire feeding the subpanel is #6thwn copper.Thank you.
 
I don't believe you have to upgrade if you are just changing the disco. You can either put a 60 amp panel or 60 amp disco. If it were me I would take the opportunity to install a 100 amp service.

I figured because im just swaping it out i could just put the same amps.
