Can one just hang a shingle and begin teaching test preparation for a fee. I am in Missouri and testing is not state sponsored but rather jurisdiction by jurisdiction, however the standard is the Prometric test. I am not a licensed teacher but I have a masters license. What about an apprenticeship program? Any experience in this area?
