He went on and on about "how he has seen breakers like that many times" and " that its crooked because the breaker is a manufacture defect or that the power buss is bent and likely has arcing on the buss". Sounded kind of scary for sure.
I agree with Larry. The breaker is plugged in crooked. It's easy to do and I use a lot of those Homeline panels.
I do kind of wonder about people (electricians) that leave things like that. The panel looks kind of new so if you know who did the installation you may want to call them about it.
I would tell him the price went up $5k because he is a ... and your time is expensive.
