Is the Annex G Reference is incorrect?

Annex G Reference is to the original proposed article now described as Article 708.

"(D) Maintenance and Testing.​

SCADA systems shall be maintained and tested in accordance with 585.60(D)(1) and (D)(2)." ​

Joe,
The whole issue is confusing to me when you look at the ROP, Draft and the ROC. It looks like the text in question should have been made a part of the Annex per comment 20-17a. At this point the only place the referenced text shows up is on page 616 of the ROP.
