So each floor we have two electrical closets and (6) tenant spaces. Each tenant space is feed from a tenant distribution board in main closet to trough/equipment as you see below. For the grounding( see below) they are asking us to run 1-1/2" and 4/0(note not shown below) from ground bar in electrical closet to each tenant space. Not even sure where we would land in the tenants space( only shows the line/arrow below). Maybe at the transformer or another ground bar?

1. Do you thin this is require from ground bar to each tenant space( the 1-1/4 & 4/0?
2. Is do where could the ground land at the tenant space? Somewhere at the distribution equipment or xfrmr or a ground bar?
3. Anyway this run might not be needed? Thanks

Are there transformers being installed? What it the construction type of the building, is there building steel? A poured concrete building would require some sort of common grounding riser if there are transformers involved.

No building steel. As picture shows there is grounding risers
