I know an electrician who was apprenticed in Germany for several years...He is also trained in plumbing ...He is a brilliant man but he told me once,"If I want to do electrical I do electrical, if I want to do plumbing I do plumbing , but why would I do plumbing for my electrical?" he said this in regards to using any type of pipe or conduit for wires.I was totally amazed.i guess when in Rome do as the Romans do.
